The Understand programme is designed to help you uncover the root causes of dysfunction within your team using HPC's 38-point diagnostic tool. This data-driven approach provides deep insights into the areas where your team may be struggling, offering a clear path to improvement. With the Understand programme, you can either work through the findings using your own internal training team or leverage the expertise of the HPC coaching and facilitation team. Our coaches are available for both 1:1 and group coaching, helping you address dysfunctions head-on and cultivate a high-performing team.
What are my options
You can start by taking the diagnostics and getting an understanding of where you are strong and what areas of development there are across your business. Each of your direct reports should complete the diagnostic on you as a leader and you should complete based on your leadership team.
from here you will receive a report detailing where you sit against each of the 5 dysfunctions, you will be given a score of High, Medium or Low and from here you can build you own action plan alternatively the HPC team can support you interpreting the results as group action planning or 121 coaching, take a look at the options below:

Option 2: Consolidated reporting and group Action plan
Taking an objective lens to the results and helping you analyse the data and the themes the HPC facilitator can run a workshop covering all the key tasks and activities you can do as a team to help tackle your key areas that will influence the results. We will help you analyse and understand why the results may be and what the triggers, root cause and what behavioural aspects are at play that may be driving some of the responses in your results.
We will help you plan a ways of working session to approach the conversations with your team in an objective and emotionally intelligent way, sharing best practice across your leadership team and owning your individual and team action plans
Full Day Sessions with 1 trainer £1500 per day (max 12 delegates per day)
Half Day session with 1 trainer £1000 per day (max 12 delegates per Session)
